Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which declares the collective agreement for orthopaedic chuhemakers for workers in the countries of Carinthia, Salzburg and Styria on the statute of statutes

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 18 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. Scope of the Statute

§ 1. The Statute shall apply to:

a)

Technical: The innings of the health professions, branches of the orthopaedic chuhmaker, which carry out the trade of the orthopaedic chuhmaker.

b)

Local: The federal states of Carinthia, Styria and Salzburg.

c)

Personal: All employers and employees and apprentices employed by these employers, provided that their employment relationships are not already covered by a valid collective agreement (excluding collective agreements according to § 18 para. 4 ArbVG).

Content of the Statutes

§ 2. (1) The trade union PRO-GE, signed between the Federal Innung of the Health professions and the Austrian Trade Union Confederation, on 17 December 2012

at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection under the register number KV 48/2013 and published in the "Official Journal of the Wiener Zeitung" on 7 February 2013,

shall be declared a statute.

(2) Section VIII shall be excluded from the terms of the statutes.

(3) The sections IV A lit. (a) Z 1 and IV B lit. (a) Z 1 shall be shaded with the proviso that the months of February, March and April 2013 shall be replaced by the months of July, August and September 2013.

Beginning of the effectiveness and duration of the Articles of Association

§ 3. (1) As the date of effectiveness of the Articles of Association, the date of 1 June 2013 shall be set. The term of validity of the Articles of Association shall be governed by the period of validity of the Treasury Collective Agreement.

(2) In-company increases in wages or salaries which have taken place on account of the entry into force of the present collective agreement from 1 February 2013 until the date of the statutes of the Articles of Association may be paid to the one-off special payment, which shall be paid by the The statement of statutes shall be taken into account.
