205. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the LMSVG-Education and Training Regulation

On the basis of § 29 (1) and § 70 (4) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 80/2013, shall be arranged:

The LMSVG Education and Training Ordinance, BGBl. II No 275/2008, as amended by BGBl. II No 322/2009, shall be amended as follows:

§ 3 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. b and c are:

" (b)

a collegiate degree at one of the under lit. (a) or a degree in a special form of the teaching institutions referred to in lit.a, or

c)

A maturity test at a higher school or a career examination in connection with a relevant teaching or skilled worker ' s degree (final examination); or "
