188. The Federal Chancellor's manifestation of the repeal of Section 29 (1) of the Law of the State of citizenship in 1985 by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with a recognition of 27 June 2013, G 68 /2012-7, G 120 /2012-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 17 July 2013, rightly recognized:

Section 29 (1) of the Federal Act on Austrian Citizenship (Staatsbürgerschaftsgesetz 1985-StbG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 311 (Wv.), is repealed as unconstitutional. |

The repeal shall enter into force with the expiry of 30 June 2014. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. " |
