242. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, by which the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Rules of Procedure are amended-Rules of Procedure
On the basis of § 161 of the Labour Constitution Act (ArbVG), BGBl. N ° 22/1974, as last amended by the Administrative Court Adaptation Act (BGBl). I n ° 71/2013, as regards Article 2, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice:
Article 1
Amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Republic of Germany
The regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, which regulates the management of the Federal Office for the Environment (Bundesunification-amt-Rules-BEA-Geo), BGBl. No 415/1987, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 142/2012, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 6 (9) reads:
"(9) The Federal Administrative Court may lodge an appeal against a decision by the Federal Office for the Unification Of The United States."
2. The following § 21 is added to § 20:
" § 21. Section 6 (9) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 242/2013 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
Article 2
Amendment of Rules of Procedure-Rules of Procedure
The regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, which regulates the establishment and management of the conciliation bodies (conciliation offices-Rules of Procedure-SchliSt-Geo), BGBl. No 444/1987, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 142/2012, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 10 (4) reads:
"(4) The Federal Administrative Court may lodge a complaint against the decision of the Schlichtungsstelle (Schlichtungsstelle)."
2. The following paragraph 3 is added to Section 16 (2):
" (3) § 10 (4) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 242/2013 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
