243. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health on the 46. Night rag to the pharmacopoeia

On the basis of § 2 of the Pharmacopoitic Act 2012-ABG 2012, BGBl. I No 44/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The German version of the fifth supplement to the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, Nachtrag 7.5, Official Austrian Edition, will be put into effect.

§ 2. The monographs and texts of the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, as well as the monographs and texts of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, each by means of the provisions of the fifth supplement to the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, Night rag 7.5, replaced, will be overridden.
