244. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, with which the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung is amended.

Because of

1.		§ 4 (7) of the Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I n ° 103/2007, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 49/2013, and
2.		§ 4 of the Education Documentary Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 77/2013,
shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung, BGBl. II No 390/2005, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 27/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 (1), § 4 (1) and (2) as well as § 5 the Wendungen "Education, science and culture" in each case by the turn "Education, art and culture" replaced.

2. In § 3 (2), the penultimate sentence and the last sentence are deleted.

3. § 6 Z 1 reads:

" 1.		Number of full-employment equivalent in basic employment:
		The values reported for the school year from the data fields BAUSM and BAUSMK of the plant are to be added to each plank area (school type) and to be divided by (100 x 12). "

4. § 6 Z 2 reads:

" 2.		The number of additional services of the 12 months of a school year in hours from the data fields MDL and ZKMDL of the plant are to be added and to be converted into full employment equivalents in the individual planning areas as follows:
a)			The number of hours is divided by (4.33 x 12 x 22) in the planning areas of primary schools and special education;
b)			The number of hours is divided by (4,33 x 12 x 21) in the main schools, new middle schools and polytechnic schools;
c)			The number of hours is divided by (4.33 x 12 x 23) in the vocational schools ' vocational training centre. "

5. § 10 together with headline reads:

" Transitional provision

§ 10. If the electronic data transmission in accordance with § 3 in connection with the installation does not take place in sufficient quality, the Federal Minister for Education, Art and Culture may also provide data transmission in accordance with § 3 by using form sheets made available. "

(6) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 11:

" (3) § 3 (1) and (2), § 4 (1) and (2) as well as § 5 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 244/2013 shall enter into force with the end of the day of the customer's notice in the Federal Law Gazans. § 6 Z 1 and 2, § 10 and the title as well as the annex to § 3 (1) of the above-mentioned version shall enter into force on 1 September 2014. "

7. The installation shall be replaced by the one forming part of this Regulation.
