According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, the Protocol is 1. Jänner entered into force in 2010.

The Minutes were published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ C 327 No. OJ L 350 of 29.12.2009, p. 53.

Due to § 5 (2) of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. 100/2003 idgF, in conjunction with the decision of the National Council in accordance with Article 49 (2) B-VG on the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, the Danish, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian and Tajik language versions of this protocol by edition in the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs Affairs made known.
