The notification referred to in Article 138 of the Convention was adopted on 13 July 2008. The Agreement was deposited with the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union in January 2011; according to the Secretary-General's note, the Agreement entered into force in accordance with Art. 138 with 1 September 2013.
