280. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Justice on the reestablishment of court fees

According to § 31a of the German Court of Law Law (GGG), BGBl. No. 501/1984, as last amended by the Arbitration Amendment Act 2013, BGBl. I n ° 118/2013, the final value of the consumer price index 2000 for the month of May 2013 is prescribed on the basis of the German Federal Statistics Office (Bundesanstalt Statistik Österreich) of 16 July 2013:

Article I

1. In Section 6a (1), the amount of "20 cents" by the amount of "21 cents" replaced.

2. In Article 26 (4), the amount of "400 Euro" by the amount of "420 Euro" replaced.

3. In § 31 (1), the amount of "20 Euro" by the amount of "21 Euro" replaced.

Article II

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force with the exception of the fee amounts referred to in paragraph 2 above. October 2013 will be in force. It shall apply to all documents and official acts in respect of which the right to the fee shall be established after 30 September 2013.

(2) Z 6 lit. b, Z 15 lit. b and Z 17 lit. b enter 1. Jänner 2014 shall apply to all documents and official acts in respect of which the right to the fee is based on the basis of the provisions of 31 December 2013.
