289. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the examination regulation is amended (10). Novelle to the FSG-PV)

On the basis of § § 11 (7) and (34a) (4) of the German Code of Licences, BGBl. I n ° 120/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. I No 43/2013, shall be arranged:

The Examination Regulation, BGBl. II No 321/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 41/2013 shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 7 (1), second sentence, the word order shall be "C and D" replaced by the phrase "C (CE) and D (DE)" .

2. § 7 para. 2 Z 1 reads:

" 1.		Class A:
1.1.		Category A1: single-track motorcycles of category A1 without a vehicle, with a cylinder capacity of at least 115 ccm and a design speed of at least 90 km/h; in the case of vehicles with an electric motor, the ratio of the power/own weight must be at least 0,08 kW/kg;
1.2.		Category A2: single-track motorcycles of category A2 without side-carriage, with a motor output of at least 20 kW and a cylinder capacity of at least 395 ccm; in the case of vehicles with an electric motor, the ratio of power/own weight must be at least 0.15 kW/kg;
1.3.		Category A: single-track motorcycles with a net weight of more than 175 kg with a displacement of at least 595 ccm and a motor output of at least 50 kW; in the case of vehicles with an electric motor, the ratio of the power/own weight shall be at least 0.25 kW/kg; "

3. § 7 para. 2 Z 3 lit. e and Z 3.1. lit. (e)

" e)			a power transmission system with the possibility of manual gear selection, "

4. In § 15 (1) (1) (1), the word "for" .

5. In § 18, the following paragraph 13 is added:

" (13) § 7 sec. 2 Z 1.1., Z 1.2., Z 3 and Z 3.1. in the version BGBl. II No 289/2013 will take place on 1 January 2013. Jänner 2014 in force. § 7 (2) (c) 1.3. in the version BGBl. II No 289/2013 shall take place on 1 January 2013. Jänner 2019 in force. Appendix 1 in the version BGBl. II No. 289/2013 shall enter into force on 1 November 2013. "

" II.11. Module acceptance of practical driving tests (exit, simulation of the acceptance of a driving test, post-meeting and analysis of the situations experienced) (4 UE)
