313. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which changes the ship's guide regulation

§ 4 reads:

" § 4. (1) The certificates of competence provided for in accordance with § 123 (1) of the Maritime Law have the following: Appendix 4 , their production shall be carried out in compliance with safety regulations (security pressure) in accordance with § 2 para. 3 of the State Printing Act 1996, BGBl. I No 1/1997, as last amended by BGBl. I No 47/2001.

(2) The production and delivery of the certificate of competence shall be made by the manufacturer or by the manufacturer. the manufacturer. Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following its presentation and with the expiry of 30 June 2014.
