315. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, with which the Health and Health Care-Basic Supply-Training Regulation is amended
On the basis of § 3a (2) of the Health and Health Care Act (GuKG), BGBl. I n ° 108/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 185/2013, shall be assigned:
The Health and Health Care-Basic Supply-Training Ordinance-GuK-BAV, BGBl. II No 281/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 246/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 1 (1), the word shall be deleted at the end of Z 3. "and" and shall be inserted after Z 4 the following Z 5:

Civil service providers who are training or parts of an education according to § 38a Civil Service Act 1986, BGBl. No. 679/1986, in the version of the ZDG-Novelle 2013, BGBl. I No 163/2013, " |

2. In § 1 para. 2 Z 1 the expression "Z 1 to 4" by the expression "Z 1 to 5" replaced.
3. The first sentence of § 2 shall be replaced by the sales designation "(1)" .
4. According to Article 13 (1a), the following paragraph 1b is inserted:
"(1b) In the case of the exhibition of the certificate for persons referred to in Article 1 (1) (1) Z 5, the last paragraph of the text of the certificate model shall be deleted in accordance with Appendix 2."
5. In accordance with § 13, the following § 14 shall be added together with the heading:
" In-and out-of-power
§ 14. § 1 (1) (1) (5) and (2) (2) (1) and (13) (1b) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 315/2013 shall be 1. October 2013, in force and with the expiry of 31 December 2017. "
