294. Proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention of the United Nations against the transnational organized crime
After messages of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, following further States have their instruments of ratification or accession to the Convention of the United Nations against the transnational organised crime (Federal Law Gazette III No. 84/2005, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 176/2012) deposited:

On the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or instrument of accession, following States have declared following reservations or made declarations:
In accordance with article 16 paragraph 5 not considered the Government of Saint Lucia this Convention as the legal basis for cooperation in the field of extradition with other States.
In accordance with article 18, paragraph 13 of the agreement determines the Government of Saint Lucia the following central authority for requests for assistance: "the Attorney General's Chambers, 2nd floor, Francis Compton Building, waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies".
In accordance with article 18, paragraph 14 of the Convention confirmed the Government of Saint Lucia accept the English language for all communications under this Convention.
In accordance with article 31, para. 6 of the Convention divides the Government of Saint Lucia following central authority:
1. The Attorney General's Chambers, 2nd floor, Francis Compton Building, waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies.
2. The financial intelligence authority, P.O.Box GM959, Gable Woods, post office, sunny acres, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies.
In accordance with article 35, paragraph 3 explains the Government of Thailand that she tied considered para. 2 to the obligation under article 35.
A further communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations according to Indonesien1 has named the central authority, as follows paragraph 3 of the Convention in accordance with article 18 as responsible and empowered to receive requests for assistance and to do that:
