On the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or The following Member States have declared the following reservations, or Statements made:
St. Lucia:
In accordance with Article 16 (5), the Government of St Lucia does not consider this Convention to be a legal basis for cooperation in the field of extradition with other States.
Pursuant to Article 18 (13) of the Convention, the Government of St. Lucia shall designate the following central authority for legal assistance: ' The Attorney General's Chambers, 2 nd Floor, Francis Compton Building, Waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies ".
In accordance with Article 18 (14) of the Convention, the Government of St Lucia confirms that it accepts the English language for all communications under this Convention.
In accordance with Article 31 (6) of the Convention, the Government of St. Lucia shares the following central authority:
