336. Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, with which the university admission regulation will be amended

On the basis of § 51 (1) and (3) of the Higher Education Act 2005, BGBl. I n ° 30/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 124/2013, shall be arranged:

The Higher Education Admission Regulation, BGBl. II No 112/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 290/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the table of contents, the lines relating to § 6, the § 8 and the § 9 are not applicable.

2. In the table of contents the line relating to § 7 is:

" § 7.

Self-sterkundungsinstrumentaria "

3. In § 1 Z 1, the word "Study programmes" by the word "Bachelor studies" replaced.

4. § 2 reads:

" § 2. The scope of this Regulation shall be understood as:

1.

under "Lehramt", the basic qualification required for the exercise of a teaching profession (§ 8 paragraph 2 of the Higher Education Act 2005), which is associated with the required degree of study;

2.

"Teaching qualification" means the authority associated with the corresponding teaching profession to exercise the teaching profession in certain subjects, subject areas and (coherent) subjects at secondary school level;

3.

"appropriateness" means the existence of those disposis and competencies which suggest that the admissions valuer and/or the admissions advertiser successfully undergo the training, on the basis of this training the teaching profession will exercise competent and professional satisfaction and will continue to develop continuously in the profession;

4.

under "Bachelor studies", those studies according to § 35 Z 1 and 1b of the Higher Education Act 2005, which are a prerequisite for admission to a Master's degree programme for obtaining a teaching qualification (Section 38 (2) of the Higher Education Act 2005) or the obtaining of a Master's degree in the German Higher Education Act (Hochschulgesetz). Lehramtes (according to a regulation in accordance with Section 8 (2) of the Higher Education Act 2005);

5.

"coherent subject-matter" in the field of secondary education (general education) more than two subjects intersecting each other in terms of content;

6.

in the field of secondary education (vocational education and training), the pooling of several subjects (e.g. from a general education and business administration or from a general and specialist theoretical or from a theoretical and technical field of study) or from subject-specific subject-related subjects). "

5. In § 3 paragraph 2 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No 290/2011 shall be included in the entry section of the parenthesis "§ 51 (1) and (2) of the Higher Education Act 2005" by the parenthesis expression "§ 51 (1) to (2a) of the Higher Education Act 2005" replaced.

6. § 3 reads:

" § 3. (1) The general suitability for the Bachelor's degree includes the following aptitude findings in the following areas:

1.

personal and performance-related suitability, in particular according to the criteria of study and professional motivation, contact and communication skills (in German language as well as in other languages or forms of communication, if applicable), psychic Load capacity, self-organizing ability and reflectivity;

2.

Professional and artistic aptitude as defined in the curriculum for the respective studies according to age-, subject-specific or focus-specific criteria;

3.

Pedagogical aptitude according to professional competences such as didactic, social, inclusive and intercultural competences, diversity and gender competences as well as consulting skills.

The determination of the suitability according to paragraph 1 has to be based on scientifically sound diagnostic procedures. These must have a clear reference to the above criteria of suitability. The aptitude assessment procedure shall be subject to ongoing scientific evaluations.

(2)

In addition to the general university entrance qualification (§ 51 (1) to (2a) of the Higher Education Act 2005) and the general suitability for the Bachelor's degree programme in accordance with paragraph 1, the special suitability for the Bachelor's degree programme for secondary education (vocational training) includes:

1.

For the departments of dual vocational training as well as in technology and commerce:

a)

for the subject of "general and business-related teaching subjects", the successful filing of the maturity and diploma examination of a relevant vocational higher school or the successful filing of a maturity test; and a relevant training,

b)

for the subject of "subject-theoretical teaching subjects" the successful filing of the maturity and diploma examination of a relevant vocational higher school or the successful filing of a maturity test and a relevant training or a successful completion of a subject-related course of studies at a post-secondary educational institution with a minimum of 240 ECTS credits,

c)

for the subject of "subject-specific teaching subjects", the successful deposition of a relevant master test or equivalent relevant qualification; and

d)

for the fan beams according to lit. a to c the completion of a professional professional practice:

aa)

for the graduates of a relevant vocational higher school in the amount of at least two years,

bb)

in any case, to the extent of at least three years;

2.

for the Department of Fashion and Design:

a)

for the subject of subject-related theoretical subjects, the successful examination of a maturity and diploma examination of a relevant vocational higher education institution or the successful filing of a maturity test and relevant training,

b)

for the subject of "subject-specific teaching subjects", the successful deposition of a relevant master test or equivalent relevant qualification; and

c)

for the fan beams according to lit. (a) and (b), depending on the definition by the Study Commission, the completion of a professional professional practice;

3.

for the Department of Information and Communication as well as for the Department of Food:

a)

for the subject of subject-specific and subject-specific teaching subjects, the successful filing of a maturity and diploma examination of a relevant vocational higher school or the successful filing of a maturity test and a successful examination of the subject matter equivalent relevant competence, and

b)

according to the definition by the Study Commission, the completion of a professional professional practice;

4.

for the departments of agricultural and forestry vocational education and training as well as for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Biology (Environment):

a)

for the subject of subject-related theoretical and general teaching subjects, the successful completion of a maturity test or a maturity and diploma examination or the successful completion of a relevant university studies or a successful completion of a university course or a successful completion of a university course or a university of applied sciences,

b)

for the subject of "subject-specific teaching subjects" in the Department of Agrar, the successful decommissioning of a relevant master test or equivalent relevant competence, as well as

c)

for both subjects, depending on the definition of the study commission, the completion of a professional professional practice.

(3) The study commissions have to determine by means of regulations:

1.

requirements for personal, performance-related, professional, artistic and educational aptitude in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 1 to 3,

2.

the minimum duration and type of professional practice required in accordance with paragraph 2 (2) (2) to (4), and

3.

the higher schools, training courses, master examinations, qualifications and university and technical college studies, which are relevant for the purposes of subsection (2) (1) to (4) respectively; are equivalent. "

7. § 5 reads:

" § 5. (1) Materials and information on the procedure for determining the suitability for the Bachelor's degree are to be made available at the latest six months before the procedure is carried out on the homepage of the respective teacher training college.

(2) The suitability shall be determined on the basis of the application for admission. If necessary, special aptitude findings (§ 10) can be applied. The determination of suitability can also take place in the form of evidence (§ 11), which are presented by the receiving advertiser or by the receiving advertiser. The pedagogical universities can also carry out aptitude and counselling interviews if necessary.

(3) It is necessary to refrain from the proof of the eligibility criteria which, in the course of fulfilling the essential requirements for the intended occupation, are due to a different initial language as German or a disability in the sense of the Federal Disability Equality Act, BGBl. I n ° 82/2005, cannot be met. If necessary, appropriate compensatory measures (e.g. assistance, sign language interpreters and sign language interpreters) are to be provided in the context of the aptitude test procedure.

(4) The results of the procedure for the determination of suitability shall be communicated in writing to the receiving advertiser or to the receiving advertiser.

(5) In the event of a lack of suitability for admission to the Bachelor's degree programme, this must be done by the Rectorate (§ 25 of the University Act 2005). "

8. § § 6, 8 and 9 together with headings are deleted.

9. § 7 together with headline reads:

" Self-explanatory instruments

§ 7. The pedagogical university has on its homepage a scientifically based self-examination procedure for the clarification of the suitability for the teaching profession. Participation in the admission procedure requires proof of completion-but not the disclosure of the results-of the self-examination procedure. In addition, information and orientation workshops can be set up for the purpose of aptitude exploration, which will enable initial practical applications and provide detailed information on job-specific requirements. "

10. In § 10 (1), first sentence, the turn-of-the-turn "on the basis of the individual aptitude and counselling interview".

11. In § 11 para. 1, first sentence, the turn "§ 5 (2) last sentence" through the turn "§ 5 (2) third sentence" replaced.

12. § 11 para. 1 second sentence reads:

"The evidence submitted shall be taken into account and, subject to the provision of the second paragraph, to make decisions on special aptitude findings which may be carried out on the basis of such decisions."

13. In § 11 para. 2, first sentence, after the word order "at least one" the phrase "Confirmation of one" inserted.

14. In Section 11 (2), the last sentence is deleted.

15. In § 11a (1) Z 2, the turn shall be "pursuant to § 3 (1) Z 1 and 2" through the turn "pursuant to § 3 (1) Z 1" replaced.

16. § 11a (2) reads:

"(2) § 5 shall apply mutatily."

17. In Section 11a (3), the turn shall be "§ 3 (3) (3) (1) and (2)" through the turn "§ 3 (3) Z 1 shall apply with regard to the requirements for personal and performance-related suitability" replaced.

18. In § 13, the sales denomination "(1)" as well as (2).

19. In § 13 Z 4, after the turn "to be provided," the phrase "as well as proof of the completion of the self-examination procedure" inserted.

20. In § 15 (2), after the turn "with the end of the day" the twist "the proclamation" inserted.

21. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 15:

" (3) The provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 336/2013 shall be as follows: except for power:

1.

the table of contents concerning § 7, § 2 Z 3, § 5, § 7 including the title, § 10 para. 1, § 11 para. 1 and 2, § 11a para. 2, § 13 as well as § 15 para. 2 enter into force at the end of the day of the event of the regulation in the Federal Law Gazans the table of contents concerning § § 6, 8 and 9, § § 6, 8 and 9 together with the headings and § 13 para. 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 290/2011;

2.

Section 3 (2) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 290/2011 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the manifestation in the Federal Law Gazans;

3.

§ 1 Z 1 as well as § 2 Z 1 and 4 occur with regard to the Bachelor's studies for the primary level with 1. October 2015 and studies for the upper secondary level with reference to the Bachelor's studies and subject-related studies. October 2016, in force;

4.

§ 3 (1), § 3 (3) (1), (3) (3), Section 3 (3), Section 3 (3) (1), and Section 11a (1) and (3) of the Section (1) are 1. January 2015 in force, at the same time Section 3 (3) (3), Z 1 to 3, as amended by the Ordinary BGBl. II No 290/2011;

5.

§ 3 (2), § 3 (3) (2) and 3 (3) and the subsection of Section 3 (3) with regard to § 3 (3) (3) (2) and (3) shall take place at 1. Jänner 2016 in force, at the same time § 3 (3) (3) Z 4 to 6, as amended by the Ordinary BGBl. II No 290/2011;

6.

§ 2, Z 2, 5 and 6 shall enter into force 1. October 2016, in force.

If bachelor or master studies are offered before the legal entry into force in accordance with § 80 (8) (8) (3) and (4) of the Higher Education Act 2005, the provisions of this Regulation shall apply accordingly earlier. "
