436. Ordinance of the Federal Chancellor on the minimum rates for the calculation of the supplementary allowance for the year 2016 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2016-ErgZV 2016)
Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 65/2015, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2016

for civil servants € 882,78 and increase for married civil servants or officials whose marriage is divorced, annulled or annulled if they are required to pay for the maintenance of their former € 440,80 and for each child for which the civil servant or the official is entitled to benefit in accordance with section 25 of the Pension Act 1965, by € 136,21; |

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.
