444. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which lays down the amount of the supplementary labour contribution

Because of the nature. XI, Section 5 of the NSchG (NSchG), BGBl. No 354/1981, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 87/2013, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The post-heavy-work contribution will be added to 3.4% of the contribution period from the beginning of the January 2016 contribution period. The provisions of Article XI (3) of the NSchG are laid down.
