The Data Protection Adequacy Regulation-DSAV, BGBl. II No 521/1999, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 213/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 para. 2 Z 1 is deleted; the previous Z 2 and 3 are given the number of digits "1." and "2." .
