452. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the fixing of toll rates (toll-tariff regulation 2015)
On the basis of § 8c (8) and § 9 of the Federal Act on the toll collection on federal roads (Bundesstraßen-Mautgesetz 2002-BStMG), BGBl. No 109/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 99/2013, with regard to § § 1 to 6 and 8 in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance, the following:
§ 1. The tariffs are differentiated according to EURO emission classes:

§ 2. The basic kilometre tariff for motor vehicles with two axles is without turnover tax:

§ 3. The basic kilometre tariff according to § 2 increases according to § 9 para. 7 lit.b BStMG for the route of the A 12 between the state border at Kufstein and the node Innsbruck/Amras (A 13) by a mark-up at the level of 25%.
§ 4. The tariffs for the toll sections mentioned in § 10 para. 2 BStMG are in euros without VAT:

A, B, C, D = tariff groups
The tariffs for the toll sections of the A 13 include in accordance with § 9 paragraph 7 lit. b BStMG a lift up to 25%.
§ 5. The tariffs laid down in § 4 for the toll section of the A 11 between the St. Jakob/Rosental junction and the Karawankentunnel state border are valid only for the direction of travel Slovenia.
§ 6. The tariffs for the period between 10pm and 5:00 o'clock are different from § 4 in Euro without VAT:

§ 7. According to § 8c (2) BStMG, the exchange fee is EUR 21 036, including VAT.
§ 8. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.
(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Mauttarifverordnung 2014, BGBl. II No 350/2014, except for force.
