346 proclamation of the Federal Minister for science and research about the abolition of provisions of statutes of universities by the Constitutional Court

Is published in accordance with article 139 paragraph 5 B-VG:

The Constitutional Court has recognized delivered right to GZ 35-40/2013-22, V 32-36/2013-22, V 71/2012-18, the Federal Minister for science and research with knowledge from 23 September 2013, on October 30, 2013:

(I). The following provisions are repealed as unconstitutional:



1. sections 23, 23a and 27 par. 6 of the legal studies part of the Statute of the University of Vienna, Bulletin of the University of Vienna from November 30, 2007, 8 piece, no. 40 (new release), as amended by Bulletin of the University of Vienna from May 2, 2012, 22 units, no. 129;

2. sections 46 and 47 of the Statute part "Study right" of the Statute of the University of Linz, in the newsletter of the University of Linz, by June 29, 2012, 26 piece, PT. 228;

3. Article 44 of the Statute part "Studienrechtliche provisions" of the Statute of the University of Innsbruck, Bulletin of the University of Innsbruck, by February 3, 2006, 16 piece, no. 90 (re release), as amended by Bulletin of the University of Innsbruck from 19 June 2012, 35 piece, no. 322.

4. paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Charter part of "Tuition fee" of the University of Graz, as amended by Bulletin of the University of Graz by 6 June 2012, 35.a piece, 38 Special issue;

5. § § 31 and 31a of the Statute part "Study right" of the Statute of the Technical University of Graz as amended by Bulletin of the Technical University of Graz by 6 June 2012, 17, no. 167.

II. the repealed provisions are no longer apply.
