379. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the cross-sectoral correction factor in the allocation of emission allowances (correction factor regulation)

On the basis of § 24 (3) of the Emissions Trading Act 2011, BGBl. I No 118/2011, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2013, shall be arranged:

The values for the cross-sectoral correction factor to be applied in the calculation of the allocation of emission allowances in accordance with section 24 (3) of the emission allowance act 2011 shall be set in the table below for the years 2013 to 2020.
