385. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on State Problems and Official Examinations and Warranties of the Argentine Republic

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 on state emblems and official examinations and warrants of the Argentine Republic of applications, which are in the Register of Trade Marks of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
