386. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the abbreviation, name and emblem of the International ITER Fusion Energy Organisation

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is announced in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the abbreviation, the name and the emblem of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organisation, which is in the trademark register of the International Federation of Fusion Energy (ITER) Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
