391. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Emblem, Flag, Name and abbreviation of the International Organization of la Francophonie (IOF) and the name, abbreviation and emblem of the Institute for Energy and Environment of the Francophonie (IEPF)

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is announced in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the emblem, the flag, the name and the abbreviation of the International Organization of la Francophonie (IOF) and the name, the Abbreviation and the emblem of the Institute for Energy and Environment of Francophony (IEPF), which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
