393. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on Emblem, Name and abbreviation of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA)

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, is made known that the emblem, the name and the abbreviation of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), which are in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
