420. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, with which the mother-child passport regulation is amended in 2002 (MuKiPassV-Novelle 2013)

On the basis of § 7 para. 1 Child Care Money Act (KBGG), BGBl. I n ° 103/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 197/2013, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth:

The mother-child passport regulation 2002-MuKiPassV, BGBl. II No 470/2001, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 448/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the table of contents, after the line " § 5 ... Ultrasound examinations of the pregnant women " the line " § 5a ... Hebammenberatung " inserted.

2. In accordance with § 5, the following § 5a together with the heading is inserted:

" Hebammenberatung

§ 5a. (1) Within 18. to 22. A week of pregnancy is provided for a one-hour consultation by a midwife. The midwife counseling has in particular:

1.

information on the course of pregnancy, childbirth, weekly bed and breast-feeding,

2.

Advice on health-promoting and preventative behaviour in pregnancy, in the weekly bed and during breast-feeding, as well as

3.

Responding to the psychosocial environment of pregnant women and, if necessary, information about support opportunities in this area

shall be included.

(2) The consultation of midwives is not a prerequisite for the continuation of the child care allowance in full. "

3. The second sentence is deleted in Section 6 (1).

4. § 8 reads:

" § 8. An exceedance of the examination dates laid down in § 7 (2) to (6) shall be disregarded in full for the continuation of the child care allowance if it takes place from a reason not to be held by the claimant (§ 7 (4) KBGG). "

5. The following sentence is added to Article 12 (1):

"Furthermore, in the mother-child passport, the essential contents and special findings of the midwifery consultation are to be documented."

6. § 12 (2) reads:

"(2) The mother-child passport is to be laid down by the Federal Ministry of Health."

7. In Section 12 (4), the following Z 2a is inserted after Z 2:

" 2a.

Implementation of the midwifery consultation in accordance with § 5a, "

8. In Section 13 (1), after the word order "A doctor or doctor" the phrase "and in the midwifery consultation of the midwife" inserted.

9. The following paragraph 4 is added to § 15:

" (4) The table of contents, § 5a with title, § 6 para. 1, § 8, § 12 para. 1, 2 and 4 Z 2a as well as § 13 para. 1 in the version of the regulation BGBl. II No. 420/2013 will enter into force on 1 November 2013. "
