444. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the bombings and type test marks for handguns and the type test marks for cartridges 2013 (Mark Ordinance 2013)

Pursuant to § § 4, 5 (6) and (12) of the Law on Prussia, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 141/1951, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2012 shall be assigned:

§ 1. (1) The Austrian fire and type test marks for handguns and parts of handguns and the type test marks for cartridges for such weapons, as well as those based on the mutual recognition agreement of fire signs for handguns, BGBl. No 269/1971, as amended by Article II of the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). No 233/1984, marking and type marks of equal value for Belgium, Chile, Germany, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Arab Emirates and Yugoslavia (names of the Without prejudice to the provision of § 3, States in political sense shall have the following appearance:

§ 2. § 3. The signs of the foreign states referred to in § 1 (1) and those of the former State of Yugoslavia in the Annex shall be equal to the signs set out in § 1 (1) (1) under the following measures:

1.

Signs on handguns: trial took place before the 20th October 2014;

2.

Type test marks on packs for ammunition: testing was carried out before the 20. October 2016;

3.

Signs of handguns and type test marks on packs for ammunition of the State of Yugoslavia: trial took place before 30 September 1992.

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of the day of its operation; at the same time, the Ordinance on Examination in 1999, BGBl. II No 387/1999, except for force.

§ 5. This Regulation has been adopted in accordance with Directive 98 /34/EC laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information society services, OJ L 206, 22.7.1998, p. No. OJ L 204 of 21.07.1998 p. 37, as last amended by Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012, OJ L 206, 22.7.2012, p. No. OJ L 316, 14.11.2012 p. 12, notified under the notification number 2013 /0304/A.
