483. Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of proofs of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" 2014 (Exemption Price Regulation 2014, HKN-VO 2014)

On the basis of § 10 paragraph 12 Ökostromgesetz 2012 (ÖSG 2012) BGBl. I No 75/2011, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2014, the following price shall be determined for the proofs of origin to be assigned by the eco-current winding office according to § 37 (1) Z 3 of the Austrian Development Fund (ÖSG 2012): 1.00 Euro/MWh.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force.

(2) The Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of proofs of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding agency" 2013 (Designation Of Origin Award-Regulation 2013, HKN-VO 2013), BGBl. II No 476/2012, will expire on 31 December 2013.
