493. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which changes the regulation on non-contributory flat-rate allowances
On the basis of § 49 (7) of the General Social Insurance Act, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 187/2013, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health:
The regulation on non-contributory flat-rate allowances, BGBl. II No 409/2002, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 246/2009 is hereby amended as follows:
1. In § 1 the following Z 3a is inserted after Z 3:

Lecturers at institutions entrusted by the Labour Market Service with the provision of services in respect of these services, " |

(2) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 3:
" (3) § 1 Z 3a in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 493/2013 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
