497. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, which changes the Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation

On the basis of the Foreign Police Act 2005 (FPG), BGBl. I No 100, as last amended by BGBl. I No 144/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior for the implementation of the Tourism Act 2005 (Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation-FPG-DV), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 450/2005, as last amended by BGBl. II No 68/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3, the turn shall be " (EC) No 856/2008, OJ L 327, 31.12.2008, No. L 235 of 20.07.2008 p. 1 " through the turn " (EU) No 610/2013, OJ L 327, 28.10.2013 No. L 182 of 29.06.2013 p. 1 " replaced.

2. In § 6 para. 2, the quote shall be "§ 21 (6) FPG" by quoting "§ 21 (3) FPG" and the turn " BGBl. I No 38/2011 " through the turn " BGBl. I No 144/2013 " replaced.

3. In § 6 (3), before the word order "to conform" the phrase " as last amended by Regulation (EU) No 610/2013, OJ L 136, 31.7.2013, p. No. L 182 of 29.06.2013 p. 1, " inserted.

4. In accordance with § 7, the following § 7a with headline is inserted:

" Content of the special authorisation in accordance with § 27a FPG

§ 7a. The special authorization pursuant to § 27a FPG shall be issued in the form of a confirmation from the competent Austrian representative authority in paper form and shall, in any event, contain the following substantive parameters:

1.		the name "Republic of Austria" and "special authorisation in accordance with § 27a FPG",
2.		Name (s),
3.		Gender,
4.		date of birth,
5.		Birthplace,
6.		nationality,
7.		Passport number,
8.		the date of issue of the passport;
9.		the date of issue of the special authorisation;
10.		the period of validity of the special authorization;
11.		name and signature of the genehmitic,
12.		the issuing authority,
13.		the circular seal of the issuing authority. "

5. § 8 reads:

" § 8. On the basis of Article 3 (2) of the Visa Code (§ 2 paragraph 4 Z 22 FPG), nationals of Syria require a visa for airport transit through the international transit zones of airports located in the territory of Austria. "

6. In § 9 (1), the turn-of-the- " (EC) No 1932/2006, OJ L 376, 27.12.2006 OJ No 405, 30.12.2006 p. 23 through the turn " (EU) No 610/2013, OJ L 327, 28.10.2013 No. OJ L 182 of 29.06.2013 p. 1 ".

7. In accordance with § 9, the following § 9a and title shall be inserted:

" Principles for the enforcement of the 7., 8. and 11. Main piece of FPG

§ 9a. (1) For the enforcement of those referred to in the 7., 8. and 11. The bodies of the public security service § 13 para. 3 FPG apply analogously to the powers granted by the Federal Office of Foreign Affairs and Asylum to the institutions of the Public Security Service.

8. In Section 10 (2), the word order shall be "the Chairman of the Human Rights Advisory Council" through the phrase "the People's Office" replaced.

9. In § 12 para. 1 the quote shall be § § 54 (4) (3), 56 (2) (2) (3) and 63 (4) (3) FPG) by quoting "§ 56 (2) Z 3 FPG" replaced.

10. In § 14, the turn " BGBl. II No 222/2006 " through the turn " BGBl. II No 450/2012 " replaced.

11. In § 16, the phrase ' Decision 2006 /881/CFSP, OJ L 327, 28.2.2006, No. OJ L 363, 2012.2006 p. 422 " through the phrase " Regulation (EU) No 517/2013, OJ L 206, 22.7.2013, p. No. L 158 of 10.06.2013 p. 1 " replaced.

12. In Section 19 (1), the phrase "a ban on residence, expulsion or expulsion" by the word "one" replaced.

13. § 21 is added in accordance with paragraph 7 of the following paragraph 8:

" (8) § § 3, 6 para. 2 and 3, 7a with title, 8, 9 para. 1, 9a including the title, 10 para. 2, 12 para. 1, 14, 16 and 19 para. 1 in the version of the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior BGBl. II No 497/2013, enters into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
