514. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Constitution and Public Service, amending the Standard and Pattern Ordinance 2004 (StMV-Novelle 2014)

Due to § 17 paragraph 2 Z 6 of the Data Protection Act 2000 (DSG 2000), BGBl. I n ° 165/1999, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 83/2013, shall be arranged:

The Standard and Pattern Ordination 2004-StMV 2004, BGBl. II No 312/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 213/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. Appendix 1 is in the table of contents after the entry "SA035 Transparency of media co-operations as well as of advertising applications and funding for media owners of a periodic medium" the entry "SA036 notify systems according to § 99g BWG" inserted.

2. Appendix 1 is after the default application "SA035 Transparency of media co-operations as well as of advertising applications and funding for media owners of a periodic medium" the following standard application with headline:

Purpose of the data application:

Management of whistleblowers ' systems of credit institutions, CRR investment firms according to § 6 (2) of the Securities and Markets Act 2007 (WAG 2007), BGBl. I n ° 60/2007, and in accordance with Section 99g of the Banking Act (BWG), BGBl. 532/1993, establishing an appropriate procedure to enable employees of credit institutions and CRR investment firms to maintain their identity with respect to their identity and to establish internal infringements of the Provisions of the federal laws referred to in Section 70 (4) of the Federal Elections Act (BWG) against the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions, against regulations or acts adopted pursuant to these federal laws Investment firms and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of 26 June 2013, OJ L 136, 31.5.2013, p. No. 1, or of a decision adopted on the basis of this Regulation, to a suitable body.

Labor and labour constitutional provisions (in particular § § 96 and 96a Labour Constitutional Law-ArbVG, BGBl. No. 22/1974) shall remain unaffected even when the application of the standard application is concerned.

I n ° 70/2004; Banking Intervention and Restructuring Act (BIRG), BGBl. Regulation (EU) No 160/2013; Regulation (EU) No 575/2013; relevant technical standards for banking supervision within the meaning of Articles 10 to 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority), on the Amendment of Decision No 716 /2009/EC and repealing Commission Decision 2009 /78/EC of 24 November 2010, OJ L 136, 31.7.2009, p. No. 12, and Articles 10 to 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority), amending Decision No 716 /2009/EC and repealing Decision No 716 /2009/EC 2009 /77/EC of the Commission of 24 November 2010, OJ L 136, 31.4.2009, No. L 331 p. 84.
