213. The Federal Chancellor's manifestation of the repeal of Section 5 (4) (2) (2) of the Pension Act 1965 by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 4 December 2013, G 67 /2013-8, G 91 /2013-6, G 92 /2013-6, G 102 /2013-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 23 December 2013, rightly recognized:

§ 5 (4) (2) of the Federal Act of 18 November 1965 on the pension rights of officials, their survivors and relatives (Pension Act 1965-PG 1965), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 340, in the version BGBl. I n ° 130/2003, is being repealed as unconstitutional. |

The repeal shall enter into force upon expiry of 31 December 2014. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. " |
