34. public announcement of the Federal Minister for constitutional and civil service regarding the scope of the Berne Convention for the protection of literary and artistic works

After notification of the Director General of WIPO Vanuatu has revised its instrument of accession to the Berne Convention for the protection of literary and artistic works of September 9, 1886, on September 27, 2012 in Paris on July 24, 1971 (BGBl. No. 319/1982 idF BGBl. No. 133/1985, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 44/2012) deposited.

According to Communications Director of General, the following States have withdrawn the Declaration made on the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession in accordance with article 18 of the Convention as follows:

Russian Föderation1 on January 31, 2013;

Usbekistan2 on January 8, 2014.
