11. Federal Law, with which the Federal Ministries Act 1986 is amended (Federal Ministries Act-Novelle 2014)
The National Council has decided:
The Federal Ministries Act 1986, BGBl. No. 76/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 122/2013, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 (1) reads:
" (1) Federal Ministries within the meaning of Art. 77 B-VG are:

2. In § 15 (1) (Introduction) the phrase "Federal Minister for European and International Affairs" through the phrase "Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs" and the phrase "Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs" through the phrase "Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs" , in section 15 (2) and (3), in part 1 Z 2 of the Appendix to § 2 and in Section A Z 7, in the heading of Section B and in Section L Z 16 and 17 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2 the phrase "European and international affairs" through the phrase "Europe, integration and exterior" replaced.
3. Before § 16, the title shall be: " Transfer of posts and staff " , before § 17 the title " Changes of jurisdiction " , before § 17a the heading " Entry into force and transitional provisions on novellas " and before § 18, the title " Enforcement " inserted.
(4) The following paragraph 26 is added to Article 17b:
" (26) For the entry into force of the Federal Ministries Act of 2014, BGBl. I n ° 11/2014, new chamfered or inserted provisions, for the expiry of the repeal by the same federal law parts of this Federal Act as well as for the transition to the new legal situation § § 16 and 17 shall apply as well as the following provisions:

5. In Section A, Z 1 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the last sub-project shall be deleted.
6. In Section A, Z 5, the fourth sub-existence of part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the phrase shall be: "European Community Directives" through the phrase "European Union Guidelines" replaced.
7. In Section A, Z 5, fifth sub-existence and Section B of thirteen of the subtleties of Part 2 of the Appendix to Section 2, the phrase shall be: "before the Court of Justice of the European Communities and the Court of First Instance of the European Communities" in each case by the word sequence "before the Court of Justice of the European Union" replaced.
8. In Section A Z 5 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the sixth sub-present shall be:

15. In Section F (new) Z 2 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the following sub-facts shall be inserted after the first sub-existence:
"General Affairs of the Impact Orientation of Financial Management, insofar as these do not fall within the scope of the Federal Chancellery's sphere of action."
16. In Section F (new) Z 9a of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2 the turn-of-the-turn "Staff," .
17. In Section F (new) the following Z 9b shall be inserted after Z 9a of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2:

18. In Section H (new) Z 1 seventeen Sub-Tatuaes ( "Matters of civil protection ..." ), Section K (new) Z 7 and 16 (eighth sub-project) and Section L (new) Z 13 (main and undertatas) of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the phrase shall be "Economy, Family and Youth" through the phrase "Science, Research and Economy" replaced.
19. In Section I (new) Z 7 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2, the expression shall be: "Concourse-, compensation-" by the expression "Bankruptcy-" replaced.
20. The previous section J is deleted.
21. In Section L (new) Z 13 of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2 the phrase "the Federal Ministry of Science and Research, or" .
22. The following Z 15 is added to the L (new) section of Part 2 of the Appendix to § 2:
