Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on entry points according to the Plant Protection Act 2011 (entry posts-Regulation 2014)
On the basis of § 26 (2) of the Plant Protection Act 2011, BGBl. I n ° 10/2011, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. No 189/2013, the Federal Minister of Finance, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, the Family and Youth, and the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology are in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
§ 1. The authorised entry points for the importation of plants, plant products and other objects of origin from third countries shall be: Annex listed.
§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January Jänner 2014 in force. At the same time, according to Article 49 (3) (3) (3) of the Plant Protection Act 2011, the entry-level regulation, BGBl. II No 186/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 354/2007, except for force.

Border customs offices designated as entry points for the import of plants, plant products and other objects, including forestry materials, in accordance with Annex V, Part B, of the Plant Protection Act 2011:
