31. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on the indication of communicable diseases

According to § 2 (1) of the Epidemiegesetz 1950, BGBl. No. 186/1950, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 80/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs of 24 July 1948 concerning the display of communicable diseases, BGBl. No. 189/1948, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 313/2011, shall be amended as follows:

§ 3 reads:

" § 3. (1) The persons referred to in Article 3 (1) (1) (1) of the Epidemiegesetz (Epidemiegesetz) shall have the notification prescribed in § 2 of this Act if they are not thereby delayed in an unintended manner and the obligation to notify is not electronically provided for in the Regulation relating to: Electronic messages from medical doctors and hospitals in the Register of Notifiable Diseases, BGBl. II No 200/2013, as amended, by means of the version of the Annex I (c) to be reimbursed.

(2) If the display has been otherwise effected, it shall be taken within 24 hours by means of the Annex I to be able to repeat the form. This does not apply if the reporting obligation is electronically entered into the Register of Notifiable Diseases, BGBl, according to the Regulation on electronic notifications from medical doctors and hospitals.
