Regulation of the Federal Government on the call for tenders for the election of the Austrian Members of the European Parliament, the setting of the election day and the date of the deadline

On the basis of Section 2 (1) of the European Electoral Regulations-EuWO, BGBl. No 117/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 9/2014, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The election of the Austrian Members of the European Parliament is being spelled out.

§ 2. In agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council, the election day of 25 May 2014 will be set.

§ 3. The date of 11 March 2014 will be determined as the deadline.
