Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economics on the fields of study according to § 14h (1) and (2) of the University Act 2002 (Studienfelderverordnung)

Due to § 14h paragraph 2 of the Federal Law on the Organization of Universities and their Studies (University Act 2002-UG), BGBl. I n ° 120/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 176/2013, shall be arranged:

Studies covered by the study fields

§ 1. (1) The following studies shall be covered by the fields of study mentioned in § 14h (2):

(2) The following studies are excluded from the fields of study according to paragraph 1 in accordance with § 14h (2) of the UG:

1.		Architecture and urban planning: studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, at the University of Artistic and Industrial Design Linz and at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and
2.		from the field of Biology and Biochemistry: Studies, which already have access regulations in accordance with § 124b para. 4 UG.

entry into force

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of the day of its operation.

Override

§ 3. This Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 31 December 2015.
