42. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service concerning the termination of the Agreement between the Federal Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of Ireland on the abolition of the Duty of vision

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Austrian Federal Government and the Government of Ireland agreed that the following agreement was concluded with the entry into force of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement), together with the supplements to the Agreement on 1 January 2008. Jänner 1994, pursuant to Article 59 (1) (1). a of the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties shall be deemed to have ended:
