19. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service on the accession of the countries of Carinthia and Vienna to the agreement pursuant to Article 15a B-VG on the further expansion of all-day forms of schooling

By letter of the Office of the Vienna State Government of 2 October 2013 or The Länder of Vienna and Carinthia of the Office of the Carinthian Government of Carinthia of 12 February 2014 are the agreement in accordance with Article 15a B-VG on the further expansion of all-day forms of schooling, BGBl. I n ° 192/2013.

Pursuant to Art. 8, the agreement will take effect from Carinthia and Vienna on 1 September 2014.
