67. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, modifies the the post-Betriebsverfassungs election rules

In accordance with article 82, paragraph 1 Z 1 and 2 of the post industrial Constitution Law (PBVG), Federal Law Gazette No. 326/1996, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 35/2012, is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, health and social of the preparation and holding of elections to the staff representative bodies, as well as the institutions of youth and people with disabilities representation according to the postal labor-management relations Act (post-Betriebsverfassungs - electoral code - PBVWO), Federal Law Gazette II No. 147/1998, as last amended by the regulation BGBl. II No 334/1998, is amended as follows:

1. paragraph 55:

"(1) young workers within the meaning of this regulation are those workers who have not yet reached 18 years of age and apprentices who have not yet reached the 21 age."

2. paragraph 59 paragraph 1:

"(1) all young worker of operation, who are employed on the day of the election call, as well as on the day of the election in the operation are entitled to vote."

3. paragraph 60 paragraph 1:

"(1) all workers in the sphere of the institution of youth representation that still not have completed 1 on the day of the election the 23 years of age and 2 the day of the election for at least six months in operation or in the companies involved are available."

23 section 67 the following paragraph 4 is added:

"(4) Article 55, article 59, paragraph 1 and section 60 paragraph 1 amended by regulation Federal Law Gazette II No. 67/2014 with 1 April 2014 into force."
