67. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which changes the post-operational constitutional electoral system

According to § 82 (1) (1) (1) and (2) of the Swiss Post-Works Constitution Act (PBVG), BGBl. No 326/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Health and Social Affairs on the preparation and implementation of the election to the staff representative bodies as well as the organs of the youth and disability representation in accordance with the Post-Works Constitution Act (Post-operational constituency-PBVWO), BGBl. II No 147/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 334/1998, shall be amended as follows:

§ 55 reads:

" (1) Young workers within the meaning of this Regulation are workers who are 18 years of age. They have not yet completed their life year, and apprentices who are 21 years old. They have not yet completed their life year. "

Section 59 (1) reads as follows:

"(1) All youthful employees of the holding who are employed on the day of the election tendering as well as on the day of the election are entitled to vote."

Section 60 (1) reads as follows:

" (1) All workers in the sphere of action of the body of the youth representation, who are eligible, shall be eligible.
