68. Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control with which the natural gas clearing fee regulation is amended (natural gas clearing fee-Regulation-1. Novelle 2014)

Due to § 89 Gaswirtschaftgesetz 2011 (GWG 2011), BGBl. I n ° 107/2011 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 174/2013, iVm § 7 para. 1 Energy Control Act-E-ControlG, BGBl. I No 110/2010 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 174/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control, which sets the clearing fee for the performance of the tasks of a balance group coordinator in the natural gas sector (natural gas clearing fee regulation), BGBl. II No 479/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3, the amount for the market area East shall be set at the level of "€ 0.0487" replaced by "€ 0.0622" .

2. In accordance with Article 6 (2), the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) § 3 in the version of the natural gas clearing fee Regulation-1. Novelle 2014, BGBl. II No. 68/2014, enters into force with 1 April 2014, 06:00. "
