Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which, in order to carry out scientific experiments, an execution of light signalling systems deviating from the provisions of Section 38 (2b) and (6) of the StVO (StVO) is declared admissible (Regulation of the Regulation on traffic control)

On the basis of § 34 paragraph 5 Road Traffic Regulations 1960, BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 39/2013, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the purpose of testing within the scope of the conduct of a scientific investigation, one of § 38 para. 2b and 6 road traffic regulations in 1960 is a different version of light signal systems on the A 7 Mühlkreisautobahn, connection point The Frenchman's way to the South, so that the duration of the yellow non-flashing light, which shines together with the red light, is a second, and that the green light is terminated without the start of a green blinking phase.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 2014 and shall expire on 30 June 2019.
