82. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, with which the opening and dividing-number regulation is amended

On the basis of § 8a of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, shall be arranged:

The Opening-and Partial Numerical Ordinance, BGBl. No 86/1981, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 185/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 6 (1) Z 1a, 1b, 1c, 4 and 9 lit. c is deleted.

2. In § 6 (1) Z 6, after the phrase "Rhythm-music education" the phrase "a number of pupils of 30 students" inserted.

3. In § 6 (1) Z 8, after the phrase "The training of teacher training and education" the phrase "a number of pupils of 24 pupils" inserted.

4. In § 6 para. 1 Z 9 lit. a becomes after the turn "Agriculture and household economy" the twist "as well as in the laboratory and plant laboratory" inserted.

5. § 6 para. 1 Z 9 lit. b is:

" (b)

in the exercises of chemistry and physics at general-building higher schools, in "Gartenbau und Blumenbinderei-internship" at the Higher Teaching Institute for Horticulture in the I and II. Year-end, in the agricultural and forestry internships at the other higher agricultural and forestry institutes as well as in case of special endangerment or special educational requirements in workshops, practical construction work (Bauhof), Laboratory and laboratory laboratory has 9 pupils with a permissible deviation from 2 upwards and downwards, "

6. In § 6 (1) Z 10, the number shall be: "12" is replaced by the number "25".

7. In § 6 (1) Z 13, the number shall be: "5" is replaced by the number "6".

8. The following paragraph 9 is added to § 10:

" (9) § 6 para. 1 Z 6, 8, 9 lit. a and b, 10 and 13 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 82/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2014. At the same time, Section 6 (1) Z 1a, 1b, 1c, 4 and 9 lit. c out of force. "
