According to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Serbia 1 With effect from 14 March 2014, the transmitting agency and the central receiving agency pursuant to Art. 2 (1) and 2 of the European Convention on the Transmission of Applications for Procedural Assistance (BGBl. Montenegro also has 13. On the occasion of its declaration of continuity, it was declared in October 2006 that it would continue to be bound by the Convention with effect from 6 June 2006 and, on the occasion of its declaration of continuity, confirmed the reservation under Art. 13 (1) declared by Serbia and Montenegro. as well as the transmitting agency and the central receiving agency pursuant to Art. 2 (1) and (2) of the Convention.
