Meeting of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Public Service, concerning the scope of the Convention on International Cooperation in the Field of Administrative Assistance to Refugees

According to the Swiss Federal Council's communication, on 12 February 2014, the Netherlands has the scope of the Convention on International Cooperation in the Field of Administrative Assistance to Refugees (BGBl. No 334/1987, last proclamation of the BGBl area. 533/1990), pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Convention, with effect from 1 May 2014, extended to the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
