The National Council has decided:

The Road Traffic Regulations 1960 (StVO 1960), BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 39/2013, is amended as follows:

1. § 26a (1) reads as follows:

" (1) The handlebars of vehicles of the public security service, the demining service, the military disputes, the military intelligence services and the financial administration are in the case of journeys, as far as this is necessary for the proper performance of the service. is required on holding and parking prohibitions, on speed limits, on driving bans in accordance with § 52 lit. a Z 1, Z 6a, Z 6b, Z 6c, Z 6d, Z 7a, Z 7b, Z 8a, Z 8b, and Z 8c and to the prohibitions with regard to the access to the left roadway border not bound. (2) The following paragraph 4a is inserted in § 46:

Driving this lane is necessary in order to be classified according to the intended further journey. "

(3) The following paragraph 15 is added to section 103:

" (15) § 26a (1) and § 46 (4a) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 27/2014 will enter into force with 1 June 2014. "
