91. After notification of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Zambia has to its instrument of accession to the Convention on Prohibitions or restrictions on the use of certain conventional weapons which cause excessively injurious or indiscriminate effects on 25 September 2013 together with Protocols I, II and III (Federal Law Gazette No. 464/1983, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 191/2013) deposited.

In addition, the Niederlande1 expanded the scope of the Convention on 28 April 2014 on Prohibitions or restrictions on the use of certain conventional weapons that cause excessive suffering or to indiscriminate effects and Protocols I, II and III on the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
