According to the note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, on 25 September 2013, Zambia signed a certificate of accession to the Convention on the Prohibition or Restriction of the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which cause excessive suffering. or indiscriminately, including Protocols I, II and III (BGBl.
