According to the note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, on 25 September 2013, Zambia signed a certificate of accession to the Convention on the Prohibition or Restriction of the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which cause excessive suffering. or indiscriminately, including Protocols I, II and III (BGBl. N ° 464/1983, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 191/2013).
In addition, the Netherlands 1 on 28 April 2014, the scope of the Convention on the Prohibition or Restriction of the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injiy or to Have Indiscriminate Effects with Protocols I, II and III to the the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
