98. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service concerning the presentation of amendments to the Implementing Regulations to the Treaty on International Cooperation in the Field of Patent Cooperation

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be assigned:

The proclamation of the decision of the Assembly of the Association for International Cooperation in the Field of Patents of 2 October 2013, by which the Implementing Regulations to the Treaty on International Cooperation in the Field of the Patents Patent system (BGBl. No 348/1979, idF BGBl. III. No 132/2002, as last amended by BGBl. III No 154/2013), this decision must be made in the library of the Austrian Patent Office (1200 Vienna, Dresdner Straße 87) for public consultation during the official hours.
