113. Regulation of the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology, modifies the ship equipment regulation

On the basis of section 7 para 4 of the maritime compliance Act SSEG, BGBl. No. 387/1996, last modified with Federal Law Gazette I no. 32/2002, is prescribed:

Article I

Change of ship equipment regulation

The ship equipment Ordinance, BGBl. II No 139/1999, as last amended with Federal Law Gazette II No. 24/2014, is amended as follows:

§ 2 is no. 1:



"1. 'Equipment': in the annexes A. 1 and A. 2 of Directive 96/98/EC of the Council of 20 December 1996 on marine equipment (CELEX Nr. 396 L 0098, OJ)" No. L 46 of 17.02.1997, page 25 ff) in the version of Directive 2013/52/EC amending Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment, OJ "No. L 304 of the 14.11.2013, S. 1 - referred to as the 'equipment directive' - listed equipment and parts, as far as these to the international instruments subject to authorisation are;"

Article II

Entry into force and transitional provisions

1. this Regulation shall enter into force 4 December 2014.

(2) in Appendix A. 1 column 1 of Appendix A. 2-borne equipment listed equipment manufactured before 4 December 2014 in accordance with before that date in the territory of a Member State applying type approval procedures can be brought until 4 December 2016 in traffic and on Board of Austrian ships.

Bures
