113. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, amending the Regulation on the Disarmament of Ships

Pursuant to § 7 (4) of the Maritime Fulfillment Act-SSEG, BGBl. No 387/1996, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 32/2002, shall be assigned:

Article I

Amendment of the Regulation on the Disarmament

The Ship Equipment Ordinance, BGBl. II No 139/1999, as last amended by BGBl. II No 24/2014, shall be amended as follows:

§ 2 Z 1 reads:

" 1.

"Equipment": The equipment listed in Annexes A.1 and A.2 of Council Directive 96 /98/EC of 20 December 1996 on marine equipment (CELEX No. 396 L 0098, OJ No. 25 et seq.), as amended by Directive 2013 /52/EU amending Directive 96 /98/EC on marine equipment, OJ L 46, 17.2.2013, p. No. 1-hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment Directive"-equipment and parts referred to above, to the extent that they are subject to authorisation in accordance with the international instruments; "

Article II

Entry into force and transitional provision

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 December 2014.

(2) Equipment listed in Annex A.1, column 1, as equipment transferred from Annex A.2, manufactured before 4 December 2014, in accordance with type approval procedures in force in the territory of a Member State prior to that date, may continue to be placed on the market until 4 December 2016 and on board Austrian seagoing ships.
