118. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, which repeals the changes to the NMS implementation package, the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung (Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung) and the Ordinance on the Number of Decrees and the Number of Decrees (Part Number)

Article 1

Repeal the Regulation that changes the NMS Implementation Package

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, in particular Articles 6 and 21b of this Regulation, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, which changes the NMS implementation package, BGBl. II No 80/2014, shall be repealed.

Article 2

Repeal of the Regulation amending the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung (State Teacher Controlling Regulation)

Because of

1.		§ 4 (7) of the Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I n ° 103/2007, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 208/2013, and
2.		§ 4 of the Education Documentary Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 77/2013,
shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, with which the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung is amended, BGBl. II No 81/2014, shall be repealed.

Article 3

Repeal of the Regulation amending the Regulation on the opening and dividing of the number of parts

On the basis of § 8a of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, with which the opening and division number regulation is amended, BGBl. II No 82/2014, shall be repealed.
